Redemption Codes and Affiliate Rebates
Redemption codes and affiliate rebates can both add account benefits, but they have different sources. An administrator issues a one-time redemption code, while affiliate credit comes from eligible recharges by invited users.
Redemption codes
After signing in, open /redeem, enter the complete code, and submit it. A successful redemption refreshes the related benefit and appears in /redeem/history.
Codes can grant three result types:
| Benefit | API type | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Balance | balance | Adds USD account balance |
| Concurrency | concurrency | Adds available concurrent requests |
| Subscription | subscription | Grants a group subscription for a validity period |
A code is normally single-use and may expire. Confirm that it has no missing characters or extra spaces. A used, expired, or administrator-disabled code cannot be applied again.
Redemption history also shows direct administrator balance or concurrency adjustments. After redeeming a subscription, check its group, validity, and quota windows on the subscriptions page.
Affiliate links
Open /affiliate to view your affiliate code and invitation link. When a new user registers through a link containing the aff parameter, QuotaAPI attempts to bind the inviter. An established inviter cannot be replaced by a later link, and self-invitation is invalid.
OAuth registration preserves the affiliate code through the login flow, but the user must complete registration. When affiliates are disabled, an affiliate parameter does not block normal registration and no new rebate is generated.
How rebates accrue
- The invited user completes an eligible balance recharge.
- QuotaAPI calculates the rebate from the USD recharge principal and the inviter's effective rate.
- A user-specific rate overrides the global rate.
- Credit may first enter a frozen balance and become available after the freeze period.
- An administrator can limit the validity duration and cumulative rebate per invitee.
Rebates are idempotently tied to the source order, so one order cannot accrue twice. Subscription purchases, failed or incomplete orders, and recharges after the feature is disabled may not generate a rebate; follow the current affiliate page and administrator rules.
Transferring rebate credit
The affiliate page distinguishes:
- Available rebate: ready to transfer into USD account balance.
- Frozen rebate: waiting for its freeze period to finish.
- Historical rebate: cumulative rebate earned.
The transfer action moves all currently available rebate into USD balance in one operation. An empty amount cannot be submitted. Refresh balance and the affiliate page after completion.
Common questions
Why did the invite count increase while rebate remains zero?
Registration only establishes the relationship. The invitee must complete an eligible recharge, and the resulting rebate may still be frozen.
What happens to rebate after a refund?
The rebate is linked to its source order. Refunds and administrator payment corrections can be audited and adjusted through that link, so do not treat a rebate tied to a pending refund as permanent credit.
What if an affiliate code is invalid?
Check its length, characters, and full link. An account that already has an inviter cannot bind another. Open a ticket with registration time and code if the issue remains.
